The military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas said its warplanes destroyed dozens of Israeli military vehicles and killed more than a dozen regime soldiers in recent operations.
Al-Qassam Brigade spokesman Abu Obaidah stated this effect on Monday. He said that in the past four days, al-Qassam fighters have killed at least 16 Israeli soldiers in 42 military missions and partially or destroyed 71 Israeli military vehicles.
According to Abu Obaidah, the mission involves attacking regime forces with anti-personnel munitions and explosives, including traps and anti-personnel mines, as well as engaging enemy forces in close-range combat and sniper operations. "Our fighters shot down two reconnaissance planes and captured the second one," Abu Obaida said, noting that Palestinian warplanes also attacked Israeli helicopters over the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli military recently announced the death of an officer in northern Gaza, bringing the death toll of regime forces to 507 since Israel's war of attrition against the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023. It has begun.
Abu Obaidah al-Qassam fighter jets also attacked the occupied coastal city of Tel Aviv with M90 missiles. "They also fired mortars and short-range rockets into the Israel Defense Forces headquarters, the field command center, and the military meeting room in the Gaza Strip," he said.
The regime launched a military offensive against Gaza following the local resistance movement's so-called Operation Al Aqsa Storm. So far, about 22,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed in Israeli attacks.
Also on Monday, Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance groups vowed not to hesitate to resist Israeli attacks. "We will continue to resist this war of extermination and displacement and rely on the spirit of our people and the courage of our fighters on the ground to thwart Israel's criminal plans," the movement said.
