Yemen’s Armed Forces have revealed the deployment of a new ballistic missile targeting a "military" site in the southern part of occupied territories, as part of a recent operation in support of Palestine.

On Monday, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesperson for the forces, announced the deployment. He introduced the new missile as the "Palestine ballistic missile," specifying its launch against a "military site" in Um al-Rashrash, also known as Eilat. Saree emphasized that this was the first public unveiling of the missile and highlighted the operation's successful achievement of its objective.

Since last October's genocidal war by Israel against Gaza, Yemeni forces have conducted numerous operations in support of Palestine. This conflict has claimed over 36,470 Palestinian lives, predominantly women and children. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, leader of Ansarullah, has pledged continued military operations, promising escalation "in quality and quantity" to aid Palestinians in Israel.

Yemeni operations have targeted various locations in the occupied territories, including Israeli vessels approaching ports in the area. Saree affirmed the commitment of the Armed Forces to ongoing military operations in solidarity with Gaza, pledging support for the oppressed Palestinian people. These operations will persist as long as the Israeli regime continues its war and siege on Gaza.
