Iran's IRGC chief declares Iran unbeatable, ruling out military options.

The chief commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) asserts that Iran has become an unstoppable force, and any potential military action against the country is completely ruled out.

"In today's meeting with representatives of the Basij voluntary forces at Iranian universities, Major General Hossein Salami declared that the notion of a potential war against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the military options being considered have been debunked. He cited Iran's ongoing economic development despite political and military challenges as evidence of the improbability of war, noting a surge in enthusiasm for investment in the country.

Salami asserted that Iran has emerged as an indomitable global power determined to achieve its objectives. Despite efforts by adversaries to coerce Iran into submission, its independence has disrupted the global balance of power, Salami added.

Reflecting on past challenges, Salami highlighted Iran's resilience following the eight-year war from 1980 to 1988. He emphasized that despite continued sanctions, cultural invasions, sedition, and psychological warfare, Iran has continued to progress.

Regarding recent events, Salami described Iran's retaliatory operation against Israel in April, dubbed Operation True Promise, as an honorable response to aggression. Despite international pressure to dissuade Iran from retaliating, Salami noted Iran's readiness to counter any scenario posed by its enemies, demonstrating its strength.

Salami also addressed Iran's response to the April 1 terrorist airstrikes on its embassy in Damascus by the Israeli regime. In retaliation, the IRGC targeted Israeli military bases across occupied territories on April 13, inflicting significant damage.

Salami observed a shift in sentiment among American students, echoing Iran's cultural values. He emphasized the isolation of Iran's adversaries, including the United States, Israel, and parts of Europe, highlighting their moral and political degradation.

In conclusion, Salami underscored Iran's global recognition as a respected and independent nation with a rich cultural heritage."
