Ayatollah Khamenei conveyed these sentiments during a visit to the family of the late President Ebrahim Raeisi, who tragically lost his life, alongside Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and six others, in a helicopter crash in Iran's East Azarbaijan province.
He emphasized that the massive participation of Iranians in the funeral processions signaled unwavering support for the Islamic Republic, underscoring the nation's profound influence on the country's strength. The Leader highlighted how the international guests couldn't overlook the immense turnout, which showcased the deep-rooted popular support for the Islamic Republic.
President Raeisi, described as a symbol of revolutionary fervor, left an indelible mark on the nation, and his loss was mourned as an irreparable blow. Ayatollah Khamenei also noted the outpouring of kindness and solidarity exhibited by people across various cities, reflecting a strong bond with the principles of the Islamic Revolution.
