The Iranian did not escape Australian immigration detention
Courts have ruled that detention is justified if a person refuses to cooperate with deportation.
An Israeli bulldozer blew up a Tufa cemetery in the eastern Gaza Strip, causing "humiliation" to the deceased, a media institute reported on Saturday.
A video of Palestinians exhuming a buried body was shared on Channel X. The statement said the army moved the body "to an unknown destination, further raising suspicions of organ theft".
It is not the first time the Israeli army has committed such a "heinous crime", referring to the repatriation of the bodies of 80 Palestinians abducted in Gaza City and northern Gaza by regime forces last month. The government previously claimed that several bodies were returned and organs were "stolen".
Rami Abdu, director of the human rights group Euro-Med Monitor, also wrote about the destruction of the cemetery by the Israeli army in a post on X.
“Israeli bulldozers mercilessly dug up and destroyed the Al-Batish emergency cemetery. "The bodies of my recently buried cousins are now scattered," he said, adding, "Ignoring the deceased is beyond our understanding."
A human rights group has accused Israel of stealing organs from medical facilities in Gaza, citing illegal harvesting.
"Israel is considered the largest center for the illegal trade in human organs," Euro-Med said in a November report, citing a CNN investigation into Israel's involvement in harvesting organs from dead Palestinian corpses.
