Saudi airstrikes on a market in the Al-Taiziyah district of Taiz province killed seven civilians and injured more than 40 others, Yemen's health ministry reported. The attacks, which targeted commercial shops near the Maawiyah intersection, were described as a violation of international and humanitarian law.

The strikes form part of a broader escalation that has seen repeated Saudi air raids across Yemen, including additional missile and air attacks reported in Sa'ada Province on the same day.
